People buy from people. A faceless website with no team bio, no photo, and no story feels transactional and untrustworthy - especially for high-value or relationship-based services.
Missing credentials and associations

A real photo and a credible paragraph about who you are and why you do this work.
Credentials displayed prominently
Certifications, associations, media mentions, or awards visible without deep scrolling.
Case studies or portfolio
Evidence of past work with real outcomes - not just a gallery or a list of client names.
Security and privacy signals
SSL, privacy policy link, and (where relevant) GDPR compliance indicators visible in the footer.
