Claims without evidence are marketing. Claims with evidence are proof. If your page says "exceptional results" but shows no testimonials, case studies, or before/afters, visitors have no reason to believe you.
People buy from people. A faceless website with no team bio, no photo, and no story feels transactional and untrustworthy - especially for high-value or relationship-based services.
Industry memberships, certifications, media features, and awards all serve as third-party validation. If you have them but don't display them, you're leaving trust on the table.
What a strong Dimension 04 looks like
Client testimonials with specifics - Reviews that name the outcome achieved - not just "great service" - on the homepage and key service pages.
Founder or team bio visible - A real photo and a credible paragraph about who you are and why you do this work.
Credentials displayed prominently - Certifications, associations, media mentions, or awards visible without deep scrolling.
Case studies or portfolio - Evidence of past work with real outcomes - not just a gallery or a list of client names.
Security and privacy signals - SSL, privacy policy link, and (where relevant) GDPR compliance indicators visible in the footer.
