How it works
Day 1
We start with your buyer. You'll define or refine your core persona, get clear on your positioning, and map your offer to their language. We also set up your full AI workspace - Claude, the CRICKET Prompt System, and your Digital Locker - so you arrive on Day 2 ready to build.
Day 2
We work through dimensions 1–6 together. Using Claude AI and CRICKET Prompts, you generate and review copy, structure, and content for each dimension - and deploy drafts in real time.
Day 3
Dimensions 7–10, then final review and Netlify launch. You walk away with a live, fully-deployed Living Website - and the skills to maintain and grow it yourself using AI.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. The workshop uses Netlify for deployment - a drag-and-drop platform with no coding required. You will write and structure your content using Claude AI and the CRICKET Prompt System, then publish directly from your browser.
Is this for a new website or an existing one?
Both. If you have an existing site, we audit it against all 10 dimensions and rebuild the pages that need it. If you are starting fresh, you leave Day 3 with a fully deployed site. Either way, the deliverable is the same: a live, persona-driven website.
What tools do I need before I arrive?
Claude AI (Pro plan, $20/month), a Netlify account (free tier is fine), and your PersonaAudit report. Everything else - the CRICKET Prompt System, the Digital Locker, and the dimension slide decks - is provided as part of the workshop.
What is the CRICKET Prompt System?
CRICKET is a structured prompting framework built specifically for this workshop. It stands for Context, Role, Instruction, Criteria, Knowledge, Examples, and Tone. Each dimension has its own CRICKET prompt set that you keep and reuse forever.
What if I can not make all 3 days?
All sessions are recorded and added to your Digital Locker within 24 hours. That said, the workshop is hands-on and interactive - live attendance on at least Days 1 and 3 is strongly recommended to get the full benefit.
When is the next cohort?
Cohorts run monthly with 10 seats each. Reach out via the contact form to get the current schedule and check availability. We will confirm your seat and send prep materials as soon as you are registered.
What if I am not happy with the result?
If you complete all 3 days and do not walk away with a live website and a clear content system, we will work with you 1-on-1 until you do. We have never had to invoke this, but the commitment stands.
