Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Uses

You may use Persona Audit to:

• Audit your own business websites and landing pages
• Audit publicly accessible competitor websites for legitimate competitive research
• Audit client websites on their behalf as part of a professional services engagement
• Generate page copy for your own or your clients' websites
• Export and share audit reports with colleagues, clients, or collaborators

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Persona Audit to:

• Submit URLs or content that you do not have the legal right to analyse
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform programmatically without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code or underlying AI prompts of the service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Persona Audit output as a standalone competing product
• Submit malicious, defamatory, or illegal content in persona descriptions or URL fields
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable Canadian, provincial, or international law
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, subscription tiers, or account restrictions
• Use automated scripts or bots to submit audits in bulk without our written authorisation
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business

3. AI Output Responsibility

Audit reports, recommendations, and generated copy are produced by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or act upon AI-generated output. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content without appropriate human review.

You must not present AI-generated audit output as human expert opinion without disclosure, or use it in contexts where doing so would be misleading or unlawful.

4. Agency and Client Use

If you use Persona Audit on behalf of clients, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with any agreements between you and your clients. You represent that you have the authority to submit client URLs and data for analysis.

White-label use of Persona Audit reports (presenting reports as your own branded product) requires the Agency plan and is subject to any additional terms applicable to that plan.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. If we determine that you have violated this policy or our Terms of Service, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice and without refund. We may also report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
